LIVING SPACE
The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen/diner with traditional farmhouse furniture and a cool walk-in pantry. There are two further reception rooms: a reading room with a decorative Cornish range and extensive library and a cosy sitting room with large inglenook and electric stove heater. WiFi and TV.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom leads off from a utilities room and has a loo, sink and bath with shower. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, sink and loo with lovely original floorboards. The stairs are quite steep but have two handrails and lead to three very spacious bedrooms. One is a single bedroom, the other a double bedroom with king sized bed and TV and the rear bedroom has two twins which can be converted onto a superking double bed. |

OUTSIDE
Pendower House has its own private courtyard decorated with pot plants and garden furniture. The courtyard is a sun trap where you can sit all day and enjoy the peace of this beautiful house. There is a further patio accessed by steps to catch the last of the evening sun. Eating outside is a pleasure and there is also a pretty shed with a BBQ and storage space for wet suits or bikes.

Parking
Pendower House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is easy to access for loading and unloading but thereafter parking is in the harbour car park (150m from the cottage) or I can provide a weekly permit for the Sandy Cove Car Park about 500m from the cottage.
